I would especially like to commend your mechanic John Gerardi who took the time to explain all the service levels available to me and also informed me that I needed an alignment in order to extend the life of my tires. He took the time to explain what "out of alignment" meant and how much it was out. It is truly refreshing to find a mechanic these days of that caliber. In my 21 years on the Treasure Coast, I have purchased similar products and services from Sears, Wal-Mart, Tire Kingdom, Tires Plus and St. Lucie Battery & Tire. I can clearly state this store, this manager and this personnel have bested all that the others could offer combined.

Your prices are seriously competitive. Your personnel are friendly, and based on my experience, very competent in their jobs. Finally, your store manager, Mr. Mulholland, has placed customers at the top of his list of priorities.

"I wanted to let you know what an ASSET Richelle Ward is to your company. She is the manager of store #8 on Dixie Hwy in West Palm Beach, FL. I called today to have a tune-up on my Jeep Liberty and from the minute she answered the phone until I had my work completed, she was amazing. Her customer service skills are the best I have seen in a very long time! If it were not for her, I probably would not have done as much as I had done. She did not pressure me into anything, but just let me know what was needed and left it up to me. It was like she cared about me, the customer, not about making money. So I felt I did need everything she advised. She even had a shuttle drive me home and back to the shop so I did not have to wait. Another reason I decided to have all the work done. Even the time she quoted me it would be done was right on! Joe another employee there, was also top notch! I will be recommending all my friends to go there as long as she is the manager!"

Often times companies receive letters, phone calls, and face to face visits from angry customers who are displeased with their experience. I, however, am writing this letter to give Geremy accolades for the outstanding service that he showed forth when handling my vehicle. I came to The Tire Choice & Total Car Care to have the ‘check engine’ light on my nephew’s car inspected before he traveled back to Tallahassee. Immediately, I was greeted by Geremy and his warm personality. Geremy was very helpful, and took his time to explain to me what was wrong with the vehicle, the parts it would need, and even how these parts worked in conjunction with the car. At one point during my visit, the shop became inundated with customers and phone calls. I was amazed to see how his professionalism was displayed with all of his customers, regardless of how complicated and time consuming the circumstance. His composure was impressive as he answered the phone calls, dealt with the servicemen, and provided assistance to the in-store customers. By the time that my nephew’s vehicle was completed, I left feeling confident and reassured that I had made the right choice by coming to The Tire Choice. Most importantly, I did not feel as though I had been taken advantage of. Overall, I was more than pleased with the service that Geremy provided. When one experiences problems with their vehicle, the thought of going to a mechanic can be a very overwhelming and intimidating thought. It was therefore very refreshing for me to have such a wonderful experience. Geremy is a wonderful, caring, and helpful employee, and it is my hopes that he is recognized for his outstanding service."

"I wanted to comment on my recent purchase for my 2008 Infinity G35. I discovered your new store on US-19 and decided to price 4 tires for my car. I am a very picky driver and was unsure of what I needed to buy. Steven Neidhart immediately greeted me and began asking me questions about my driving habits. We spoke a while and I requested a tire that would soften the ride a bit. He suggested Yokohama tires. They did soften the ride, but after driving on them and following 3 attempts to tweak the tires for me I told Steven that I was impressed by the service and his knowledge but I lost the feel of my cars suspension. Without ANY hassle at all, 4 Michelin tires were installed and I am very satisfied. My ride is back.

"... while returning to Miami with my car club on I-75 near Naples, my vintage '66 baby threw a belt. We managed to limp the car to the Estero dealer, Anthony Crespo, 5 minutes before they closed. Since they didn't have the belt available, one of our club members went to the auto parts store Anthony directed him to. Anthony and his fabulous mechanic, Cristobal Ornelas,stayed open and put the belt on as soon as we got it. They did this very graciously and with a smile -- I'm sure they would have loved to go home to their families but instead were helping a stranger in a predicament. I really appreciate them for going way out of their way to assist me. If they had not, I would have had to spend the night away from home and would have missed work today. Thank you for having such fabulous employees!"

"Excellent experience. I recently bought four Bridgestone tires at the local Tire Choice. Via phone, I had provided incorrect information about my Lexus SUV tire size, and The Tire Choice had ordered the incorrect tire. When my error was discovered, the staff was very helpful and obtained the correct tires the next morning and installed the tires before 9:00 A.M.
